Who am I? That is a great question that I would love an answer to. I’m figuring it out slowly, but really I’m just a girl trying to make it in this world.

So hi, I’m Lara and it is lovely to meet you. I’m 19 and in my second year of uni. I’m still learning to live, love life again and not run away from my problems. Trust me, it’s a lot harder than it sounds. I know a great deal about the pain of life, and I’m still trying to right wrongs and not blame myself for some. I also know the joy of being surrounded by people who love you, the ecstasy of freedom and the simple joys that are found in everyday.
I wish I could speak another language, play guitar and piano. Music is my life. I sing, I dance, I feel the beat and let it take me somewhere else. I also love nothing else than to curl up with a good book. My family and friends mean the world to me and I would do anything for them.
Hate the cold, love the romanticism of Europe. Growing up my time was split between the city, New South Wales wine country and the beaches. It is all a part of me. I love quaint cafes and good food. I caught the travel bug when I was only 5. I want to live in London, Edinburgh and San Fransisco and travel the world, but Sydney will always be my home. I say I’m a romantic, but life has turned me into a realist. These days I struggle with the concepts of true love and happy endings. Still waiting for the day that all changes.
